You obviously don't understand Schizophrenia. This is a serious illness that requires heavy medication. You think the family had control over this woman? Obviously they ran out of options and asked the state for help. She was living in her own world in her delusional mind. Lets see you try to control a Schizophrenic that isnt receiving treatment. I'm not saying the cops shouldnt have shot her, they had the full right to shoot her because she was shooting at them. Just dont blame the family for this because they tried to get help but no one helped them.
Mental illness should never be left untreated. Schizophrenia is a dangerous illness and if she was taking meds, this would never have happened. I can understand this b/c my brother has Schizophrenia, he's on meds and they inhibit most of his symptoms. I feel so sorry for the family, I can understand their pain. I can't believe no one helped them.
I was at a loss for words when I saw that video. That is just cruel. And we criticize Saudi Arabia for lashing their women, i'll bet even they are a little more sensible than this crazy psychopath.
