Yeah Judge, repeal the 16th and 17th amendment!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe it is a goal of the progressive statists to tax our time. Durring the campain, didn't Obama say that he supported mandatory volunteerism? Am I mis-remembering? Isn't Obama running an ad campain about volunteerism? If I want to volunteer great, that is what volunteerism is about. If it is mandated then it is no longer volunteerism, it is servitude or a tax on my time.
The checks and balances are being dismantled one by one. With the 17th amendment the states lost their representation in the federal government creating the situation which we are in now with unfunded federal mandates and frequent violations of the 10th amendment. The judiciary is under attack, as it has been for awhile, where activists are appointed to be judges. The job of a judge, especially a supreme court justice, is understand and represent the constitution and operate under the rule of law. It is not the job of a justice to be an activist, to represent an ethnic group, economic group, political ideal, political party, the legislature, the president, or even the people. It is the job of the court, the job of the judge/justice to REPRESENT THE CONSTITUTION.

Once again Obama admits that he does not know what is going on in his own administration. I submit that if Obama can't even run his own staff in his White House, then how could we expect him to run the Country, the Economy, Health care, be the leader of the free world, and quite frankly run our lives?
