I swear she is doing her best to get this state so broken and beat up that everyone will leave, then she can sell the state to Canada.

I agree, except once you make the phone call, and APS does not respond or act on the situation, it is time to do more than phone calls. If she was in such a bad situation, and If this were my daughter or son I would NOT of waited for the state or some state agency to act, and I would of removed them from this situation regardless of any laws. There must be some reason why this woman remained under this poor supervision I could be wrong, but I doubt it was of her own choice.

The kicker is the great state wont even protect you if you are treating yourself.

Totally agree. DO NOT expect the state to do anything. The state will just hide behind there bureaucratic policies and say there hands are tied. The family should of stepped up to the plate, used some common sense to take action, and remove her from this situation.

You people should know better than to think our state and APS gives two hoots about anything or anyone. This family knew she was being neglected, and what did they do, They made some phone calls and complained? OMG WAKE UP ! Why didn't the FAMILY step in, Why in the world would you wait for the state to do something, and let this person be treated like this? Take some moral, and human responsibility and get off your AZZ and help her out of this situation. Ohh its too late now, Sit on your hands and let the state take care of it. HHHMMMMPPPT

This is called " driving too fast for the road conditions," and the police scanner was lit up all night with idiots like this one here. < Thinks back to 3rd grade science, where icy roads on a 40 degree sunny day melt and become very wet, then falling temps to 27 when the sun goes down makes this melted water freeze again on the roads. umm geeze you people have lived in this state for how long now?
