Thanks you for the insightful comment on RMT. Brain Fitness Strategies is excellent in providing coaching and education in RMT. I will read into it. Quite sure medical schools do not teach students about this treatment. Are there any large clinical trials done or evidence based studies?

Agreed. Why go for medications when CBT works if done properly. Prevent side effects and complications from meds. Also help patient change their behavior and naturally heal their body.
