Unfortunately, the (R)s are not addressing O.whodat's ineligibility because they want it to stand so they can hold on to their golden boys Rubio and Jindahl and run them in the future as being "just" as eligible as O.whodat because he is setting the precedent for a president not to be considered ineligible just because he/she is not a "natural born Citizen".

Mitt Romney's father, George, was born in a Mormon colony in Chihuahua, Mexico to American citizen parents which made him an American citizen, but not a "natural born Citizen." Mitt Romney's parents were both American citizens when he was born in Michigan, and yes he has a valid birth certificate, and therefore he was born in the US (jus soli) to two American citizens (jus sanguinis). That makes him a citizen by the soil and a natural born citizen by the bloodline. That makes him eligible to run for the office of POTUS under Article II, Sec. 1 and if he is elected he will not be a Fraud in Chief like O.whodat.

Rubio is a citizen, but like O.whodat IS NOT & NEVER WILL BE a natural born Citizen.

The Congressional Research Service is a biased pandering government agency that puts out propaganda not very different from the Lame Libtard Stream Media and the CRS, like the D-Rats is in the tank for O.whodat.

Born here makes you a citizen- jus soli, although it is not supposed to if your parents are foreigners, being born to citizen parents make you a "natural born Citizen"-jus sanguinis.

The XIV Amendment is about being a citizen. Although the current use of it to create American citizens out of foreigners downloading their babies here is a misinterpretation of it. If citizen and "natural born Citizen" were the same then the founders would not have put the phrase in Article II Sec.1 the eligibility for POTUS clause of the Constitution. If citizen and "natural born Citizen" are the same then there will be anchor babies and foreigners' children, like Chinese Communists, that birthed their babies here for the paper, do not live under our jurisdiction, but return when their little anchors meet the other requirements and run for POTUS so they can be a faux POTUS like O.whodat. The Supreme Court in 1875 defined "natural born Citizen"...look it up, educate your silly self.

Rubio IS NOT a "natural born Citizen" and probably is one of the reasons the (R)s aren't willing to expose O.whodat. But that has been the problem for awhile and is the tip of the corruption iceberg in Congress. No one wants to respect the rule of law or the Constitution when it gores their golden calf.
