A bully is nothing more then someone who has such low self esteem that they have to verbally or physically attack someone, who they view as being "weak" ,"different", or whatever label that they decide to put on the other person, to make themselves look important to their friends, they seldom if ever act out unless there is an audience, so the victim is embarrassed and the bullies friends can think that they are cool. The friends of the bully say nothing because they do not want to be on the receiving end of the abuse.
