Democrats want the government to do for you with other peoples money, Republicans want the local people to be in charge of their own lives. I realize this would never work in a poor country like mexico or in the inner city minority districs, but the majority of americans want their own freedom and choice. Unfortunately it's people like you and your other friends that vote democrat that is taking this nation toward socialism like mexico, and other poor contries where the central government runs everything. Thanks for your comments...I don't mean to hurt anyones feelings...please don't take things personal. When womeone disagrees with you it's not always because they hate you, or, are racist. The minorities in this country are going to have to stop looking for every little excuse they can find to feel disrespected. They need to have more confidence about them. Just because someone doesn't agree with them doesn't mean they hate them. Hispanics and Blacks get angry first, and then want to get violent. I agree, the democrats have a base of voters that cheat, and get the others to show up...conservatives have a problem with getting their base to the polls...a rebel rouser like reagan needs to show up and stir it up a little, the only one I know of today with that potential is Gov. Christie of NJ.
Another thing, Bush tried to be too honorable and stay quiet, when he should have been a leader for conservatives, he went along with the democrat congress of 2007. He should have been outspoken and educate the people.
