No! No! No! When people are not held responsible for their actions by the judges elected by the "people" there is no driving force for that person to become responsible. Case in point one of the "kids" who brutally killed The Tuba man has been arrested 3 times since his initial action. Because he got such a lenient sentence in the first place there was no reason for him to take responsibility.

You need to look at a lower level than just governor. Probably to the mayoral and city counsel level and see that they are run by the left.
