The GOP-controlled Congress DID approve the war so no illegality there. I misspoke. So then it just boils down to the lies which led our nation into war. (Saddam was not connected in any way to Al Qaeda). And Cheney who pulled puppet-Bush's strings for 8 years will skate, citing his 'executive privilege'. In addition to Nazis, Pol Pot and several other heinous characters throughout time, Cheney is a war criminal. (I am a patriot and my father was a WWII vet and POW.
