This research sounds shoddy at best. As if the Russian political machine during Soviet times would need any assistance in playing politics against the United States. On to 9/11, as said at the beginning of the paragraph the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act was passed well before the Taliban were a threat to the United States and to suggest that his hand in it had any correlation to 9/11 is preposterous. No, it sounds to me that we have a very bitter right winger looking to spread more hate and distrust on an occasion where anyone on either side of party lines should be respectful. Ted Kennedy may have had faults but he performed his job as a United States Senator beyond well and should forever be remembered as one of the greatest American politicians of all times.
