Hi Diana,

Good question that I'm happy to clarify! The principles in the Cash Flow Funnel can be applied to virtually any business model, including the types of models that are discussed and suggested in ICFF. The ICFF just goes deeper into the offline/small business niche and explores it further. So really it's just a more advanced training, but the CFF principles are underlying so they go together.

You'll get two more trainings specific to the ICFF -- week 5 and then again in week 8.

Let us know how things are going and how we can help!

Cheers,

Tony

Hey Greg,

Sounds like you're really serious about making things happen! That's awesome.

Regarding your question about the videos, put them out as they come. With the strategy your using, you can always tell the subscribers that you get to opt-in from the videos that the next video will be delivered shortly...and that kind of puts some pressure on you to get them done -- and by that I mean good pressure that makes you follow through.

One suggestion for using the 10x10 formula, use different video profiles with these so that someone can't just go to your profile or channel and see all the content, but rather they have to opt-in to your list to get them all in one place. Make sense?

Let me know how it's coming along!

Cheers,

Tony

Alex, I tend to agree with your feedback.

Fraser, with PLR you probably want to make it your own -- the best way I've found to doing this with the actual product is by taking an ebook and turning it into an audio or video (nothing fancy, just narrated slides). In the process, I'm creating something with a higher perceived value, and I can make it my own by adding, editing the content, etc.

But, get it out there and don't sit on it too long are use editing the product as a crutch. Here's an idea, start selling it...open the doors...that might put the pressure on you to get your product out sooner. Worst case, you're selling the PLR as is, without your touch (you can always give customers an upgrade to the latest edition).

Let me know how it's going!

Cheers,

We hear similar stories quite often...really, the best advice that I can give you right now is to create a plan and stick with it. Stay focused on the training and lean on us here to help you out. It's easy to see the latest bright shiny object, OR come up with your latest and greatest idea (that's my own biggest struggle!), so stick to it and make your positive action habit. You'll see incremental results that start to grow exponentially over time.

Let us know how you're doing along the way!

Cheers,

Tony
