That is the plan.

They are going to toll I-5. First at the Ship Canal Bridge $3.50 or more. This toll will probably be put on before the tunnel is done. What is more likely is for them to pre-toll the viaduct and I-5 and a $5.00 toll to avoid both by driving through downtown. They love tolls and will put as many of them on as they can.

It does cause an abortion by killing the fertilized egg. To say it does not just because the egg has not attached to the wall of the womb is to deny that. Without the drug the fertilized egg (AKA human would live). So while you may not have any qualms about ending a life or deny that this ends a life it is evil to force someone to be an agent of what they may consider murder. One shoul have the right to chose whether to refrain from what they believe is murder.

The justification for the new extra bus lane bridge was on faulty forecasts. Traffic has been steadily dropping yet WSDOT continues to project large traffic increases. According to their 1996 projection we should be around 130,000 trips by now not at the 100,000 and falling rate. their hope seems to be when there is a large toll on I-90, I-405, I-5, SR-99 and other roads people will come back.

At the current rate it would take 100 years to fund the entire funding shortfall for adding the bus lanes. However the current stated goal is to NEVER take a toll of once it is in place (Except the Narrows Bridge).
