Thanks for your comment. You're right, it's grams carbs not fat as bagels and breads usually don't have that much fat. Thanks for bringing it to our attention-- we have corrected the info above.
Stay healthy!

Instead of the carrot baby food, you can use ¼ cup pureed strained cooked carrots.

I'm glad you enjoyed the article! According to the report released by the CDC, both fresh and processed poultry contain sodium. Much of the store-bought poultry is injected with a sodium-solution--- it's a hidden source of sodium that many folks are not aware of.

Thanks for your comments. You are right that it does have about 250 calories in the snack, but much of the fat comes from healthy unsaturated fats. The fat takes time to digest, which means that you will feel full for a longer period of time.
If you are trying to lose weight or are concerned about the calories, then have half and save the rest for another time or share it with a friend (oftentimes I will share it with my husband and pack some extra cut up veggies too).

For the 2 brands of chemical antibacterial wipes I mentioned in my article, the surfaces don't need to be rinsed after (if you plan on having food touch the surface). For other brands, check the instructions to see if you need to rinse the surface after use.
Thanks for your question!

Thanks for your comment! I would suggest seeing a registered dietitian in your area who can go through your specific needs and discuss solutions that work for you. You can find one on the American Dietetic Association's website: http://www.eatright.org/. Click on the green button on the top right corner that says "FIND A DIETITIAN."

Thanks for your comment. I also enjoy Trader Joe's organic mayo (I heart many products at Trader Joe's)-- but like all mayo, it should be eaten in small amounts.
