I agree the offer from Spurs should be put on the website for all to see!!
I am much more concerned about tonights result, coming after the weekends
failure, we seem to be back where we were ! Do you really believe that this team and manager will get us straight back up, not a hope in hell ! The Dildo boys are actually in the property business, unfortunatly for us, this overides actually winning football matches , which is all we are interested in as fans.
Something is dreadfully wrong at West Ham everybody is just feathering their own nest, from players up to top managers and then the shareholders.
You can see players on the pitch wondering which housing deal to get into or which colour Ferrari to buy next !! Oh ! was that a ball that just went past me !!
Come on we're not all mugs !!!!

What has happened to Fat Sam ? The 20th has come and gone without the slightest mention of " Sam arriving at his office " " Sam holding up scarf " " Sam kissing the hallowed turf ", no photos of " Sam on the Phone " ! Did it really happen ? Do we have the said Sam as our manager or did I dream it !
Just like my dreams they fade and die !!!!

All this situation of relegation is really hitting home now ! Pardew won't do us any
favours and I feel we are losing the impact of the Alladyce appointment. It is not helping that Sam is still on his holiday and I feel that it's the same old story of West Hams recent seasons, nobody wants to join us, so we end up with whats left !

I have been a West ham supporter for 47 years ! The game has been evolving through out this time, It has has been changing and is now much more confrontational. It's about winning ! Whether we like it or not, it is now gladiatorial, it's all judged on winning . West Ham is not an exhibition side like the Harlam Grobtrotters ! The last two years, have we been watching Lyle football, I'm afraid not, would Lyle football work now , only if you have the funds of Barcelona !
Lets get real, West Ham have now got to " Bump and Grind " and win matches, the game is won by scoring more goals than your opponant ! I welcome Sam, lets instill some order and disipline into the side and be very gratefull of a manager that has some talent.
I must say Iain that I was dissapointed with your Sydney diatribe, just maybe Sam has moved on just like the game. It's now about horses for courses !

Hi I am just dissapointed that we never appear to get any of the targets the club talked about. Season after season players reject this club and there would appear to be no answer to it. We have needed a striker and a right back for so long and it never seems to get sorted ! We have a real problem scoring goals and as this is how the game is won why does'nt it get the attention it deserves !
Are we just an unlucky club !!!

Hi Iain This is the best site for reasoned opinion on our beloved club !
The rant that you have in your piece just about somes up the sought of intelligence that we dont need. Dont worry, just let their little gang ride off into the sunset ! As fans of this club we are used to living with adversity we have never had things go our way for a long time, we just get on with it ! Bit of the " Dunkirk Spirit " be confident, don't worry, real supporters value your intelligent opinions.
I was their when our boys won the World cup 1966 !!! I know this makes me sound like an old git ! but at least I'm a bright one !

Nail on the head Iain, These boys are used to getting their own way. Their argument would be that it's my money and i'll do as I want ! It's not as if either of them have run a corporate style company. Sadly they have no class, just money !
I am so irritated by it all and I am reminded of the downfall of the Roman Empire !
These days people do walk away from clubs' Our tolerance levels drop and as interest fails, the club will be devalued. What happened to respect !!

As usual this website has its finger on the pulse. Sadly our new owners have learnt their trade at the wrong end of town. All the talk of the old east end when their behaviour is pure west end- soho !!
We need support from our owners, they keep asking it from us, and we try to give it but the enduring story of how poor we are is now wearing thin, even if it's true.
I expected standards of cleverness, of guile, shrewdness and ability, what we got was an embarrassing chairman whose motivational skills are as Herod and babysitting ! Come on you Irons , no sexuality implied !
To be fair Mr Gold appears to be wiser but I do wonder if they play good cop bad cop ! I do hope that they realise they are messing around with a Sicilian and a jock not the best opponents up a dark alley. Best wishes to Ian in his quest this week, and best hopes for finishing off Birmingham !!
