Nothing disgusts me more than when people play the victim card when they are not really victims. If he would have grabbed her bottom or chest or massaged her, ok that would be inappropriate, but hands on the shoulders? Really?? Friends do that all the time! What this does is take the focus away from the real victims out there.

Wow..... what a psycho. That poor woman. I wonder what other torment he put her through prior to this incident. I'm guessing that he wasn't all peachy keen then turned all of a sudden....I hope he's locked up for a long long time. Then there is the issue of the "gentlemen" who responded to the Craigslist ad. Who would think that its fun to rape a woman and that its ok??????
