I just enrolled in school this Spring, before I did this I made sure all my paper work was in line and yes, my tuition was paid prior to the start of the semester. I did get my partial BAH payment. Since I only went to school for a little over ten days I am guessing it was only for the days I attended school. The thing that most of you are or were lacking in this attempt to better yourselves is lack of planning for the most part. I.E. money to support yourself and your famlies and payment of tuition and books out of pocket, because come on, when have our monies ever been in order when it comes to processing of paper work. I was lucky but I also had money in an account to take care of it all before issues ever came up. I would suggest for all in the future to plan for the worst case scenerio....and it all will work out in the end after all that is kind of what then tell us to do at TAP class. Have six months of emergency living expences in an account.
