there was also a song by John Denver - "Blow up your TV"
thank you all for what you have given to and done for the United States of America. a special salute to the families of all of our fallen military. may we rise to the occassion as well as your military persons did.
prayer is not the "least" you can do but the most you can do
i would like to point out the electoral college--it is enacted by the constitution based on a two party system.how then does a third party win the presidency?
sir - thank you for your service to this country and for your service to me. my family and i value your participation in our military to keep our freedoms.
i think we should adhere to the constitution. i also think a flat tax would proccure the most money for the government. We should demand a balanced budget every 4 years.
i agree with you about the way this crisis should be handled. On the flip side of the coin-madness and mayhem will erupt as our economy spirals out of control- sooner than i think. to be prepared for the imposed marshal law is to be prepared. we are stocking up on alot of items, including the means of defending our persons and property. I have subscribed to the news letter but i think chaos will win the day.
i am sorry sir, Thank from the bottom of my heart for your service to our country. it was remiss of me to not say that at the beginning of my last post. thank you.
this is my first attempt at participating in this or any other fromat on the internet. i would like to comment on health care. my beleifs are not "Mainstream". i do not believe in the health care system as it exsists today. i do not believe in insurance of ANY kind, especially with the national government. i think i should be able to pay reasonable rates for services rendered. my experience with the medical establishment made me very angry. we were overcharged for our care due to payments that Could be charged to insurance companies. the system does not provide for people who just need it for a broken arm or strep throat cultures or other minor problems.
There are so many conflicting reports about what we need to screen for and what we can expect if we sue our drs. for not fixing us properly. we need common sense to prevail. if you would like to have the option for cancer or someother kind of insurance-go ahead and get it. But it should not take an insurance policy for the minor aches and pains of life.
i value your insights to our problems as a nation. what is your plan of action to regain the ground we have lost in our constitutional rights? i am starting to write courteous letters to my congressional representatives and to the president. and try to find the candidate that embodies the values of the constitution. if i can.
