the last slot then was between gabe, neco, and kerr. gabe injured himself in an ASP WQS contest in March and rehabed the entire year. kerr was misdiagnosed by ASP doctors and was sitting on the bubble of requalifying. neco hadn't surfed since 2008, but did finish in 2007 at 21st—the highest finish of these three. tough decision. any thoughts out there on this?
