The comments on here show why the recidivism rate is so high for ex-cons. If no one gives them the opportunity to move on and lead an honest life, they will inevitably return to crime. I hope she does so.

Wait a minute - the Transit Board gets to pick who writes both the arguments for and against the proposal??? Does Tim Eyman get to pick who writes the arguments opposing his initiatives? What is wrong with this picture? OF COURSE the Transit Board picked a convicted felon. I'm surprised they didn't pick a child molester. This is voter manipulation on a grand scale.
