I know for a fact, whether it gets reported or not, portions of the Fire Department where there a lot sooner, maybe not in full force, but there were emergency personel on scene within minutes of the explosion, since they heard and saw the explosion.

He had had gun in the first argument, it fell out, he got it back and left saying he was going to come right back. Came back, shot at/near her, then shot her... this isn't 1st degree how? 2nd degree is when someone dies resulting in a fight/altercation and there wasn't clear indication deadly force was intentional. He came back. He shot twice, then aimed at her and killed her. I don't know how it become more intentional than that.

I want justice too, but unlike many people mobbing and claiming murder, I want true justice to be served, whatever that may be. It may very well be justifiable homicide in the form of self defense. Let us have a non biased trial and find out as much truth as we can. There is no sense in convicting him of murder just so a few people can be happy. Truth needs to be the driving factor in this trial, not pressure.

I disagree. I used to work night shift for a little over a year and get off after 11 pm. Nothing bad happened to me. I never got in any trouble. In fact... the one time I was held up at gunpoint was at 4 pm.

No. Tailgaters are the worst in regard to tailgating. I drive a truck and never have a problem keeping my distance from the person in front of me.

My coworker has been without power for almost 48 hours now. I must like in a good part of the grid because it's only flickered a few times here.
