This guy is a total & complete douchebag!! In this case and these people with the huge mistake that they did make, charging them will make them accountable to whom. The guilt that they both most likely are going through esp the Mother & that they must live with for life is much worse than charges plus jail/prison & being taken away from her other child. Or have we become so damn pompous that our shock over the loss of a child overides that of the childs own Mother who at least in this case does not seem to be a bad person but a person who made a bad mistake & must live with it for life. The blood thirsty & pompous in the community will in large numbers not even remember this is 2 years let alone a few weeks.

Victim? In a sense but scapegoat & boy is more like it!!! Whats more troubling is that he can't see it! That is a intentional kick btw but one white kid kicked by SPD does not move me although is the reason for charges here & not white officers who kill, threaten to beat the mexican p**s out of innocent suspects, DUI's & more with no charges.

Good for her & whats the fear of putting the vote to the people. Afraid that there is actually a majority that is opposed to it like California proved?
