I was actually the "witness" to the event. I am a neutral party and observed the violent misconduct of Officer Hunter. The girl was putting her seatbelt on when she pulled off and he began yelling out the window for her to pull over again. After pulling over he ordered her out of the car and as she opened the door it bumped his leg "ever so slightly". He then grabbed her and slammed her on the car and began frantically yelling. This was completely unnecessary and out of line.

Good way to get out of paying a few bills on time. Blow the box and claim you didn't get them. Gives you a extra week to come up with the funds. On a more serious note, lets hope this wasn't a trial run on a bigger scheme.
I may get thrashed and given thumbs down for this post but I believe in my rights to free speech and press so I will continue. I witnessed the assault officer Hunter committed against a young college girl about a month ago. I was in front of Livingstone college and he pulled her over for a seatbelt violation. He ordered her out of the vehicle and she opened the door which bumped his leg. He yelled assault on an officer and slammed her on the hood of her car. When I say slammed, I mean lifted over his shoulders and forcefully threw her down on the vehicle. I later saw her on the news describing the incident. I plan on being a witness to the event in an upcoming trial. I will not stand by and allow anyone to abuse their authority as he did. The plants must have been small or not bearing yet for the bond to be set so low. Usually they weigh the plants and base the bond on the street value of the marijuana.
I think this is a wonderful idea to unite community residents. It has been scientifically proven that people with pets live happier lives and often healthier lives as well.
I feel that the general public agrees that the Salisbury Police are prone to abusing their authority. In no way am I saying all police are at fault but officer Hunter is certainly a menace to people he is sworn to protect and serve.
