I have no use for the Occupy Movement but Latta didn't exactly say "We will storm Wall Street with Guns". He made a thinly veiled threat by saying maybe they should if things didn't change. He was careful about not making direct threats.

We don't lke it when the left misrepresents what's actually said, So let's not do it ourselves.

Remember that Daddy told JFK that he'd buy him a victory but he wasn't paying for a landslide.

Progressives: How dare a woman become successful without believing in unrestricted abortion!

Responsible people are pretty much going to figure out how to best AVOID(no abortions) pregnancy in accordance with their personal and/ or religious views on contraception. Will it be 100% effective, of course not. So, let individuals or couples have the freedom to decide how many children they have based on what they believe is best for them, not for the government or some celebrity.

I, as a Christian, rejoice that Whitney Houston had a relationship with her Lord and Savior , Jesus Christ. Yes, she had her demons and like us she was far from perfect. But if the testimonials from those at her funeral are accurate, she had been saved by the grace of Jesus before she passed away. As I was watching her funeral and hearing the songs and words of praise not only for Ms. Houston but for Jesus Christ, I couldn't help thnking that perhaps what millions witnessed yesterday may just bring more souls to Christ.

Although I understand the cynicism in some of these comments, I, as a Christian, rejoice that Whitney Houston had a relationship with her Lord and Savior , Jesus Christ. As I am watching this funeral and hearing the songs and words of praise not only for Ms. Houston but for Jesus Christ, I personally pray that just perhaps that this will bring more souls to Christ.

I think the headline might be misleading. Principals are usually not union members since they're part of the school administration. Any proof that this lady is an union member?

However, I certainly don't agree with her.

Obama and other progressives have no problem with birth control pills, which are full of chemicals, being ingested by women for long periods of time . In fact, they even want us taxpayers to pay for them through increased insurance premiums Yet they want to tell us that these same women should only eat organically grown foods and that fast food is a threat to their health.

Irony, anyone?

The NFP method does have a lot of positives but I do see at least one negative. Women usually experience the peak of their sexual urges during periods of fertility. Obviously nature made us that way to assist in the continuation of our species. Therefore, the success of NFP requires women to restrain from sexual intercourse when she has the strongest urges to do so. How many are able to resist these hightened desires each and every month? How frustrating is it to refrain from lovemaking when a woman most desires it ?

BTW, I''m asking these questions as it would apply to women who are married or at least in committed monogamus relationships, not those who are promiscious.
