There are stats way more important than sports stats. Why should it matter who hit what when? It doesn't. Anymore than it matters why Michael Jackson died more than a homeless person's cause of death. Celebrity is greatly overrated in this country. Recognize the guys that are protecting our country and spend the money there. Go back to "actors" being paid a normal wage instead of millions for horribly nasty movies and pay our firefighters, police and military for their lives that they risk everyday to make us safer.
So I wonder if those of us that do our jobs and work very hard for our customers started twittering about the abuse we suffer at the hands of our customers despite our efforts it would get the same results. Would the abusive or snotty or mean customers/clients apologize for all the times they've blown our smiles and offers of help out of the water? Would the ones that just cannot be nice actually smile back? Customer service gets a bad rap. There are numerous times EVERY day that I offer help and get a growl or just plain ignored without a returned smile or a "no thank you". Try seeing it from our side, please.
And the media hyping the ten year anniversary is going to help let this sad event die? Come on, isn't there enough bad news that we don't need to dredge up stories that are ten years old?? Find something good and positive to put in place of this story, please!
Gotta hand it to them. they got away with it and will continue till the sheeple of these United States make them do it right.
Yes, adultery. Also, if they are of different ranks it would be considered inappropriate. If it interfered with the daily workings or if they were caught in the act while on duty, it would be considered inappropriate. This is too bad. I hope the relationship is worth both careers because this will affect their future promotions.

Problem is, chain gangs are not viewed as being politically correct or humane. This viewpoint is the basis of the downfall of our country. political correctness is the weakest link. A few chain gangs would squelch some of the stupidity that goes on in our country. A caning, the stockades, gruel and bread, and the threat of the people being able to protect themselves without the threat of being sued or disciplined and labeled rogue would all make crime less attractive. The criminal has many more rights and protections than the victims they prey on.
I have a horrible feeling of dread that lifts when I look at houses in Costa Rica or Belize or Canada. I love my country but it's being ruined by the people running it and the lack of attention being paid to corruption by the citizens.
I'm scared of all of them. This feels like the worst election I've ever been through.
problem is, the country just continues to vote the same people into office. what about a libertarian or an independent that's not affiliated with any type of party at all? what about a joe blow off the street corner? seems the sheeples in the country don't want to think hard enough to figure out how to dump these reps and dems that are so complacent because they know that nobody is out there that will be voted for against them.
