Real Issue is for some reason Visual Voicemail password was messed up after 4.3.3 JB and needed to be reset. On my 3GS reset worked fine from AT&T web site, but on 4, when reset message was sent to iphone, the response was "Voicemail Unavailable Unable to connect" and the Voicemail is not activated but stuck at that point with pending messages, resulting in any attempt to get to Phone App directly results in that message. I can call from contacts, just not dialing phone. AT&T could not reset it and said to restore IOS from iTunes.

Iphone 4, 4.3.3 / BB1.59.00 JB. If I backup with Itunes, then restore with custom 4.3.3 ipsw (same as before). If I re-install Cydia apps and restore backup will I be where I was before or will I have to re-install App Store Apps again and re-sync.

I have the exact setup. I used pawwnage and Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 on AT&T (to fix signal bars).

The first couple of MMS messages failed, but has been fine since then.
