Theft by deception should be a felony. I have a brother that has 17 counts of Theft by Depcetion over the last 7 years. He did this same exact thing (the whole cancer story) and more. And he walks the streets daily. No consquences, etc. GREAT SYSTEM WE HAVE.

How about we use the State Hospital for only mental patients.

Let's start sending perfectly normal violent criminals to a real prison. Just because they're loaded when they commit their crimes doesnt mean they belong in the state hospital.

Ingle was obviously normal enough to arrange a get away car. I dont consider that a mental case. I consider that a punk that needs to be in PRISON where he wouldnt get the oppurtunity to do such a thing.
