Spliff and Rick - Just wanted to answer your question about the hyphen. For many Jews, this is used a sign of respect for the Almighty. That is, it is deemed disrespectful to actually write out His name (whether this flows from the third Commandment or not, I am not sure). I'm not Jewish myself, and I don't know if Pamela is, but this is typically the spelling used by religious Jews to show respect for the Lord. Hope that helps.
