Sometimes I feel the same way. Remember, though, it was a pretty small percentage of colonists willing to fight in the Revolution.

The entire American population hasn't yet become spineless, and those who haven't will be quite a force to deal with for the elected oppressors. Stay positive.

Maybe it's another form of stimulus. There will have to be lots of jails built to contain the newly criminalized.

Someone who will spend 100 million of his own dollars to stay in a position of exceptional authority is a glaring example of the sorry state of US politics in general.
The only thing that's sadder is that the citizens will probably buy into the advertisements and reelect him.

His comments show that he doesn't pay as close attention to this Presidents policies as he'd have everyone believe.

That, or he is content to be led by the nose as a majority of Brits seem to.
