it makes no difference what the dog did or the neighbor did, this could have been handled in the legal system. It is cruel and inhumane for this kind of treatment to any kind of animal. It won't take very long for the guilty party to be found out about, this person is so stupid, it won't take long to get out.
By reading your comment it sounds like "you have it ~~all~~ figured out!!" Were you one of the high school bully's? (referring to your statement: "toughen up, confront and deal with it, or resign yourself to being a 'victim." You sound pretty confident in yourself... hmmm. You could teach a confidence course in school; but not an English class.
I have read KY3's story and the comments so far and I was just wondering: how much does the dry wall equipment tools cost (total?) All in all, was it worth getting all lathered up and killing person over this equipment and taking a chance you get to be a guest of the Missouri penal system **or** getting put to sleep because of a bad temper? Was the equipment worth it? Why not go to Lowe's and buy more if you want it so bad. IF it's over a bill the guy owed him, taking him to court would be far easier than going to court the other way!
if he came into his house acting like he was going to cause harm, he was the one who needed to be asked "was it worth it??"
When I read the above statement from KY3 that was the exact thought that I had. If it had been in "any other" city or state I think that would have been the charge; but by looking at the image if the man that spit on the officer it looks to me like the man doesn't have a "full deck of cards;" but he should spend some time for what he has done. If he is of sound mind he should be found of attempted murder!! I cannot fathom what went through the officer's mind when this idiot said that the officer "could have HIV like me." I guess this is just a prime example of the "trash" the police have to deal with.
I hope that the state prison system pays for a "total face make over" for this sorry thing

What is wrong here??? What does this guy have to do to get enough time to convince him to get out there and work hard like the rest of society that is working hard or attempting to get a job???? "Something" is seriously wrong to put this "thing" on a turn stile in prison and let him go to do the same thing repeatedly!
I totally agree with you. The highway patrol could fine the driver for not having the little girl properly snapped in with seat belts... but the driver ....and.... the person that rear ended the driver in which the little girl was killed will "never" be freed of the guilt they carry. A fine or jail term would be a small thing compared to knowing you had a hand in the death of an innocent child.

Something I do not understand? How come CU can raise our rates; but cannot afford adequate security at the Southwest Treatment plant? CC can you help them out? There must be a solution somewhere!! :-\
