You are absolutely correct!!! Environments are created by Management. Why is it that so many workers in a large sample are showing signs of work place stress? Middle management and their directives from the City Manager. Maybe the City Council should take a harder look at the top heavy Management levels to see if this can be reduced to save the city money and create a better work environment for the front line employees that are out numbered by their multiple tiers of managers....

so your saying that increasing fees on lower and middle income retirees and military retirees is not a helping the low/middle class. read the facts that have been released. and quite talking the political talking points. start thinking for us, do away with a failed tax system and become more modernized in the approach. hidden fees and service fees tax the poorest of us all.

Military retirees would pay a $200 fee upon turning 65 to have the government pay their out-of-pocket Medicare expenses.

They'd also pay more for non-generic prescription drugs
