You allowed me to speak and I allowed you to speak and we did not call each other any names. Isn't that what this is all about? We do not have to agree we just need to be civil, right?

Agree with most of what you say, except "Loser Pays". We do need tort reform but everyone should be allowed their day in court. Some fee should be imposed but I don't trust lawyers. Loser Pays would tilt the system toward the corporations. Corporations need to be held to standards too. Remember the Pinto or Love Canal? Corps will do not always do what is best for society and society needs a reasonable recourse.

Conservatives see who needs help and they reach in their pockets and help them. Liberals see someone who needs help and they reach into a conservatives pocket and helps them. Stay out of my pocket.

I have not asked and I will not ask you to pay my bills. I created them and I will pay them. My life is my responsibility not yours as your life is your responsibility and not mine.

I will gladly help people who are trying to help themselves but I believe I have the right to chose who and when I will help.
