If the E.P.A. can't control CO2 Through (unreasonable regulations) via the CLEAN AIR ACT,CAP AND TRADE COULD TAKE A BIG BLOW .

Question.I've spent many hours on the 912 site and I have read many comments about term limits of which I am strong believer in. If I have missed it , please forgive me.There are alot smart, creative people here so I'm sure I've missed it . My question is; Is there a web site, petition,or some grassroots effort to achieve this (term limits) country saving necessity? Thanks in advance.
