Tthe fact that the poachers were able to do as much damage as they did will end up, hopefully, causing a tougher penalty for them which will send a more serious message to other actual and would be poachers than they won't be able in the future to do whatever they want and get off with a slap on the wrist.
I think we may need to change the policies and have the police shoot the drivers of cars that run from the police on the grounds that anyone who runs from the cops in a car is a clear and present danger to others.
the longer the list of doctors you go to who tell you there is no problem or the problem isn't what you think it is the more likely the next doctor who you see is to believe that you are nuts, yes you have to pursue things when they aren't getting dealt with but you should realize that each doctor you go to costs you something (i'm not talking about financial cost)
What reason is there to believe that EVERY juvenile has the potential for REAL rehabilitation.? If some aren't then it is difficult to argue that they shouldn't be permanently out of circulation.
It's unfortunate the facts didn't come out sooner but I'm more concerned with the living criminals who haven't been identified, caught and punished.
too bad they can't all get three strikes
If it is effective why not do it for everybody, unless there is a specific reason why should it not be done for everyone. It's like the arizona stop and show ID law for mexican looking people only law. If we need to identify people then everyone should have to carry secure biometric id and show it under the same circumstances.
It would solve a lot of problems with divorce and child custody and support issues too
Anything you do online, or for that matter on the phone, is likely to be recorded. If you want to say something to someone that you don't want the world to know you better do it in person (although even that could be recorded, unless you whisper it in their ear).
