Excuse me, but aren't you saying two wrongs make a right? There IS a view that no constitutional authority exists for RICO or for federal criminal jurisdiction at all. If it was over-reaching, to shake down the Whirlpool repairmen for your exorbitant legal fees, is not the same true with respect to the individual citizens in the Occupy movement? To understand why Mr. Shapiro's "news story" (which he allegedly "investigates" for Breitbart-see his profile) is no better than a shill, one need look no further than his antecedents: Kerry, Dukakis, Clinton (see his profile). If he doesn't consider sanctions and blockades acts of war, what would he consider acts of war? If your intentions are noble and uplifting, it's not an act of war, right? I respectfully suggest he change out of his Beltway lawyer togs, put on his battle fatigues, and personally go over and participate in these acts of non-war. He should also write a big check to pay for it. Neither I, my son, nor my as-yet unborn descendants will do so.
