THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS... and he ONLY GETS 1 YEAR... So then he can go out and do this again???? and they let him drop off 14 COUNTS of MORE neglect.... let him go with out food and water til he slowly dies.
I went to the viewings today. They will have a double funeral tomorrow.. I have known Carolyn 's family for many years now. They are such good people, and I just dont understand how this could happen. & WHY... ??? I pray they catch him soon. It is all so unexplainable and sad.

You know its not known yet weather it was the tasers or something he had taken prior to the police arriving. The man was totally out of control, and according to the first officer, the first taser didnt even faze him.. I think its more of some drug he took more than a taser that caused this mans death. The moral of the story: 1. Dont take illegal drugs and 2. Behave yourself or you may bring your own doom
continued - Arson has been determined because of the "multiple " starting points of the fire - which rules out the hay, lights theory and the cigarette smoldering in the straw and decorations theory.. when lights or 1 cigarette come into play there will not be MULTIPLE starting places - THIS WAS DELIBERATELY SET. Weather or not TROY is guilty has yet to be determined - and the SUV man seems to be the key at this point. In keeping an open mind, It could be someone with a grudge against Troy that caused this blaze, Lord knows he has made enemies (just read some of these statements). But I am not casting the first stone at him either - It will all come out in the wash. Its just one of those wait and see kind of things.
To start I just want to say that Im not a Troy hater, in fact I barely know the guy, he has always been nice to me when we meet, however I do have to say things seem "shady" in alot of his business dealings and transactions - He seems to thrive on contreversy & getting the natives rialed (putting up the casino sign as one example) - so the DRAMA surrounding him is nothing new to him and I believe he is probably enjoying it in some shallow way.. I have noticed that his supporters keep stating that he is innocent because "the bar was sold" but in fact it wasnt technically sold prior to it burning,- in order for it to have been sold - papers would have been signed and money would have exchanged hands - in this case neither thing happened and the only "proof" that it was, if you will, is a mysterious sign that appeared only after the last employee left the building for the night and prior to the place exploding into a ball of flames - continued -
1st of all let me just say that the building was not "sold" prior to it burning, in order for it to have been sold - papers would have been signed and money would have exchanged hands - in this case neither thing happened and the only "proof" that it sold , if you will was a mysterious sign that appeared only after the last employee left the building for the night and prior to the place exploding into a ball of flames ( started in several different places through out the building) - So dont claim innocence over the fact that this building was sold especially when NONE of the workers knew it was even up for sale - they were clueless -
I think it is wonderful how the community has responded in this families time of need. He was a hero, as all our military men and women are. All of them should come home to such a response, They need our support, with out them we would not live in the land of the free. THANK YOU to all our military, and God Bless you all.. My condolences to this family and all who have lost loved ones who have served their country.
I read in the South Bend Tribune, that they have not pulled the plug, - as Delvon mouthed the words " I want to live" - They said that his condition has not improved, and that he can not talk, eat, or drink by himself. But he does want to live. They did report that he had a temperature of 106 degrees - so unfortunately, he may not get the choice to live much longer. This tragedy is so unfair & unneccessary - I pray they find the person or persons that are responsible for this horrible act are caught quickly and punished to the fullest extent of the law (and then some). I wish the family of this young man the very best and will continue to pray for Delvon. God is with him and will never leave him. We have to trust in Jesus!
