The stretch of potholes on 264 east in Norfolk starts at the onramp from Campostella where the heavy trucks merge onto it-- and gets worse until you come to the Broad Creek bridge. Here's my yearly hint I give every winter when this same article is repeated, literally word for word (because NO repairs have been done on that specific segment of 264 eastbound, YET): if you commute from Norfolk in the a.m. when the eastbound HOV lane is open to all traffic, get in that lane ASAP after entering 264 eastbound from downtown-- it has the least pothole damage compared to all the other lanes.

Govt sanctioned attacks on religious liberty is but the tip of the iceberg of assaults by the current occupant on virtually EVERY constitutionally guaranteed individual freedom. But nice of the Vatican to at least notice that one and voice concerns.
