Notice they didn't mention the name of the bill. It's not Cap and Trade, nor Climate Change, nah, they renamed it the American Power Act, as if we are again to stupid to realize it's all the same crap.

It's much cheaper to buy these sets online, you pay no sales tax and you usually get free shipping.
