I had a look today at the Chermside store:

- thicker than usual power connector running into the CENTRE of the back panel.
- glass is stuck to the desk.
- home button is unresponsive to holds and presses in any combination.
- other customers seemed to be enjoying the interactive format. Good move by Apple!

Bought a 17" MBP 2.3Ghz BTO last month. Gonna sell it and get one of these now my wife bought me an iPad 2. 4-6 weeks on a 3.4Ghz with the SSD+1TB....gotta wait it out somehow!

It's great having patents, but they have to relate to some kind of infringement to mean anything to anyone...

In other news, Apple is Samsung's biggest customer. Samsung is trying to return fire, but they have nothing but vague statements of patents that don't match up.
