Thank you for being logical about this when so many people so rash with what they say. I agree with you 100% and hope people will listen and respect what you say as you've actually seen war. people 'fighting and taking a stand' while safely sitting in their homes in Oregon are not the ones who are going to pay the price. Apparently you are not a person who has loved ones in the military who have been fighting this war. Ya, you may be willing to 'stand and fight' from your house but it's the people in uniform who are gonna pay for your arrogance. September 11th was out in the light, so why don't you think before you say such stupid things. Or go enlist yourself and actually go stand and fight.
Do you really think that after spending her entire school year on one project all she collected was some comments? Maybe you should go see her community presentation before you make comments that you cannot be sure about. * months of research is intense and if her teachers were impressed in her experiment and research it probably has more depth than a few gossip quotes.
You get tokens to taste. it's a tiny amount of beer for a token. The $10 includes a program tasting mug and 4 tokens, additional tokens at $1 a piece. 1 token is likea 3oz. taste plus it's in portland, take the max. I went and was safe and sound the whole time. For anyone who is not being safe the place has a pretty high cop presence outside the park. And not really cheaper as this is good beer not a 6 pack of miller lite.
if you actually looked into this, it ended up being only about 10 dollars a month on taxes which is such a small price to pay for something that does as much good as the extension service. Oh and by the way 4H and the extension service is education.
