This is why I LOVE Mayor Zimmer, too, HobokenOwl! She stands up to these idiotic bullies who constantly grandstand for the sole purpose of obstructing everything. Castellano, Occhipinti, Mason, Russo and Giacchi are a bunch of immature babies who need a good swift kick to bring them back to the real world of responsibilities. What a group of out-and-out jerks who could care less about the taxpayers of Hoboken. Hey...it's their world, we only live in it and pay taxes just to be spit upon by them!

Excuse Me! Don't you know that Hoboken's very own Queen of Mean has no use for the rules that apply to the rest of us? Time after time, Beth Mason (a/k/a The Sorest Loser in America) simply forgot all of the horrible things that her money was used for to acquire power (sound familiar, Timmy O?). Right now, Beth really wants everyone to simply move on with no explanation.. nothing to see here, folks!

We, the People who support the current Council Minority, will never forget the way you and your paid Minions seized power (by stealing the 4th Ward special election in 11/2010), only to immediately abuse it. Just let me say, Beth, that subtlety is not your strong suit, and, in the words of the Old Testament, you shall reap what you sow. Deep down in your heart you know that your public behavior of at least the last 12 months has been rude and apalling for no legitimate reason. Please cease and desist your ridiculous forays into obtaining information at City Hall that the FBI already has. Exactly what is it that you and your Minions are afraid of? Anybody who knows the answer to that question should contact the FBI.

Here, Here!!! Mayor Zimmer has promptly acted to follow up on her camapaign promises. She has exhibited great skill at navigating the choppy political waters of Hoboken. She has been criticized by all corners for not doing something or for doing too many things. And, then you have the lackluster, machine politician, Ruben Ramos, writing letters to Hoboken Patch denouncing the Mayor for a ridiculous number of things that have no bearing on most residents lives. Let's keep it real, everyone, especially Ruben Ramos who gets a lot of heavy lifting from public housing in the 4th Ward and Applied Housing!

The Council of No is on its way out...but that doesn't deter the hale and hearty among them from continuing the political tricks in a big flame-out. The Council of No, instead of acting on behalf of the best interests of the residents of Hoboken, has chosen to bow to the interests of their sponsors....not one of them is independent or free of taint. I, like the Mayor, am appalled and outraged at the cavalier attitude expressed by the individual members of the Council of No. I truly believe that they have lost sight of the needs of the people they were elected to serve. I intend to start a movement to recall Beth Mason as the duly elected representative of the residents of the Second ward of Hoboken. I understand that this is a difficult endeavor and lengthy endeavor, but I believe I will have plenty of like-minded residents who simply cannot stand to look at, or listen to, Beth Mason anymore. Please join me!

No doubt about it, redraven! Beth Mason has shown how incompetent she is at running a Council meeting over the last 6 months. She wants power and is too unintelligent to wield it. The big mystery to me is this...Mason has
no real world management experience (contrary to her silly commercials and flyers), so why is she trying to be someone she can't be? Who is this Narcisisstic Mess? It's very clear that Beth Mason is an extremely sore loser who will stop at nothing to deny Mayor Zimmer any accomplishment. I truly believe that most Hoboken residents who think about the issues confronting the City and vote their consciences (without getting paid) could never support a candidate like Beth Mason whose campaigns are built on negativity and dividing factions of the voting populace of Hoboken against one another.

These people are totally insane. They just don't know when enough is enough! I can't speculate about Mike Russo's psychological make-up, but Beth Mason appears to suffer from an extreme case of Narcissistic Personality Disorder which renders her incapable of observing normal boundaries and making rational decisions.

Someone once told me that Tim Occhipinti was Peter Cammarano without the charm. Boy was she ever right!
