I did this on my way back from Hawaii this year - we went from Honolulu to Kona and jumped at the chance to be delayed 2 days because they were oversold. At the price of them giving us 2 nights in a nice hotel on the beach, vouchers for airfare, first class seats on our flight, food vouchers, and RT transportation to and from the airport... they thought we were doing them a favor... HECK no...Delta gave us an extended 2 day vacation in one of my favorite places! FYI..when I travelled between Honolulu and Seattle twice a month a few years back almost all of their flights are overbooked... so this is the perfect way to extend your vacation.

who should work with kids then? THere are so many great volunteers that help out in our class rooms, churches and clubs. Unfortuntely all we see on the news is the bad apples. I agree she lacked judgement in going - she should have helped fuind him a date or encouraged him to go with a group of friends & found him a tutor (or better yet, let his parents do it) - but not having adults volunteer with our kids?

I figured as much. A good indicator is if people are saying things hours earlier that don't make sense... also at the top of the page is a "this article was last edited..." with the time.

While I get what your saying, the law is that a 14 year old does not have the capacity to make a consensual agreement for sex at this age, if the other person is over the age of 18. HOwever, it has always interested me that the law says that, yet 14 year olds can be charged with murder. (not that I don't agree with that either, it just doesn't always make sense)

My cousin had a baby 4 years ago who was born at 13 oz (who could fit in the palm of my hand, had we been able to hold her) at UW and she is a healthy, happy little girl now. They were told all of the usual things - blind, learning issues, etc. They have been blessed to have none of those issues, but she is a tiny little thing, as most premies tend to be.

I didn't either until my dad was driving to work early one morning and he hit one. It was stuck in his grill & he pulled it out. The damage to his grill when he got home was amazing!

Thank God! He needs to be in jail. If you get caught for a crime while the police are looking for evidence of another crime - adios! There is no defense. I'd rather have him off the street than continuing what he was doing. Also, I think he knows or had something to do with Susan disappearing. He wont' ever tell though.
