There's a reason for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, it's for reorganizing situations in business like this. The reason it's not considered is because the union contracts would be voided, as well as the creditors and bond holders taking a hit. It's my opinion that Barry could give a s__t less about the creditors and the bond holders, it's all about the unions.

We do not need to apologize for slavery any longer, it happened,it wasn't right, but there's nothing we can do to change the past. My grandparents came to this country with nothing but hope, and a desire to work to improve their lives and the lives of their families. They were discriminated against, but didn't use it as an excuse to get something from they govt..Should I use this past discrimination as an excuse, I don't think so, it's not in me to ask for something for nothing, I would rather work for it, that's how I was raised.
