Why? The people live in those areas of Springfield for a reason. That reason is "to avoid Springfield schools!" Not rocket science! Besides what you propose is illegal without a vote of Willard school district voters and therefore would never fly!

css2012 Yes, we want more of that 6% annual growth and only $600 billion added to the deficit. Obama has brought us to our knees with $1.6 trillion in deficit in 2009 and so far this year $$1.9 trillion and counting.
