I think I finally figured out why Obama is not clear on details of his plan. I think that behind the scene there are many special interest groups putting in their thoughts and ideals and he is deal making and trying to keep them all happy. Can you imagine trying to please SEIU, the AFL-CIO, Steelworkers, Teamsters, and Autoworkers unions at the same time?
