I agree with some of the comments on bias and would from a professional perspective question the statistical significance of the survey. That said - I like the design and think it looks good and stands out when all the TN books are next to one another. Not sure how it would look on a crowded bookshelf. However all that said top marks for asking the question in the first place and for engaging with the consumer at all...just be wary of skewing results on important issues in the future by only engaging with a particular demographic or customer segment.

Michael this is a great way of asking a question that we all need to be asking ourselves. I also like the point somebody made about "why" being a child's question. I've also heard the opposite "You are not qualified to ask why!"

2 - Being pulled from the Ocean having given up trying to save myself and having accepted that I was about to meet my creator...that first gulp of air as I was pulled back above the water by someone who had noticed I was in trouble and risked his life for mine...I've never written it that way before, what a metaphor....blog post coming up

3 - Two Christmas's ago when my daughter was convinced there was no Father Christmas but somebody slipped out the back door and ran around the house to leave a present and hand written apology from the man himself because the present had slipped behind one of the seats in the sleigh. She just came back into the room after answering the door, checked out that everyone was present in the room and her mouth just fell open...Great moment (and she forgave me when she worked it out months later)
