You hit the nail on the head sir. America has forgotten that war is ugly and tragic. It's great to know we are safe from terrorists but just don't let anyone die in the process. I can;t belive this is the country My grandparents and parents passed on to me, I know they fought for something different than what it is now. I know I am fighting to leave my children something better than our current mess.

I actually like this idea. I do believe that strict limits on who and services need to be tested for though. It really boils down to this. If your drawing YOUR OWN money (i.e social security retirement) than there is no test. If your getting anyone else's money (i.e. welfare, foodstamps, unemployment...etc.) than you gotta pass a drug test.
