Portland area has recycling and composting so one shouldn't need to use plastic bags, which isn't enviornmentally the best for landfills. Try using paper bags. If you have plastics that can't be recycled, put them into your garbage can separate from your garbage bag as they can be sorted out and and kept aside at the main plant to be taken to the correct place for those items that will be taken by other recyclers. Plastic garbage bags defeats the purpose of disposing of garbage the correct way.

I believe that she was stabbed so that would account for the lack of noise as opposed to a gunshot, which would have awakened the kids. So why was the protection order "dismissed" last year ? Was it actually dismissed or vacated ?

I believe it was mentioned in the news tonight that the twins were in-vitro and that this new bit of news came as a surprise.Too bad he won't be around to see them graduate HS, let alone grade school and being that much older, will have nothing in common with young kids. Kind of selfish, too, for the kids won't have parents all that long and that is selfish. It's hard losing parents at any age but at a young age, is even harder.

I don't agree with his decision but can hope it goes to the voters in each state and let the people decide. One doesn't need to be married to have legal rights with their partner. That is what legal paperwork is for.

A breakdown of the 3 million vs the 13 million would be helpful; in other words, what does it equate to per year and what does it cover.Why the disparity in amounts offered/wanted ?
