Wow. Ignorance on steroids! So, if the Census worker had killed the guy, he couldn't be convicted because he was performing federal duty? Think about it.

A little education is good: Government workers can't be held CIVALLY liable for their actions, in other words, they can't be sued. IF, however, a Government worker commits a crime, he or she CAN be convicted just like anyone else.

However, you have certainly demonstrated what is wrong with America today in general, and the liberal wing of it in particular.

Your comment is a great example to show the degree of degraded education in this country. Poor grammar and sentence structure notwithstanding, a police officer's salary should be funded by LOCAL government, NOT the Federal Government. Where in the Constitution does it say the Census should be used to either draw Congressional districts (BTW, for you libtards, there WERE no Congressional Districts until 1842...) nor does is there any provision for funding anything within an individual State. The problem with uneducated buffoons such as yourself is that you remain completely ignorant of how the US was formed, why there are State and local Governments, and what is so horribly wrong about Federal spending and control outside of the framework of the Constitution.

Can't we just be honest? The vast majority of Census Refusniks are simply doing so to protest the incredible overreaching of the Federal Government, and the socialism of America by the Democrats. A great number of Americans have had enough of Government, and politicians of all stripes ignoring the Constitution, and the widespread implementation of the Nanny State.

It's just another way of saying: ENOUGH! Of course, given the current occupant of the White House and the ruling Party in DC, it will most likely be completely missed by the myopic navel gazers currently keeping the chairs warm in Congress.

There WILL be another American revolution, God willing it will be at the voting booth, and not in the streets, but like all Nations before her, there will be a day of reckoning...
