Leggings were made to be worn under a dress or skirt, not as pants. I don't believe girls look slutty, that is a horrible word to use for children/young adults! Do any of you have manners? I don't let my daughter who is 12 wear "just" leggings without them being covered just above the knees, however she has skin allergies and jeans are too uncomfortable for her. So hold the parents responsible for those who abuse leggings or don't realize how revealing they can be, but to ban them all together? Do we really need politics in the schools?

Illegal means ILLEGAL! I have friends who applied to be a citizen through the system and wait for the approval process, pay for the paperwork and filing. What makes it okay to just cross the border illegally and then demand rights?
