This sounds like it's coming from someone who hasn't even used an iPad let alone owns one. As a new owner of the iPad I can say for certain that it will change the way I travel and work around my house and at remote locations.

As a swim coach that travels to meets A LOT it's much easier to take an iPad along than my laptop. I can check my email, listen to music, and all that jazz on a product that is much lighter than my current equipment (mac blackbook 13").

I just got done checking a movie out via the Netflix app and it's amazing. Stunning even. I won't watch movies on my laptop anymore. I'll use my iPad.

I'd say that without testing it or owning one there will be a lot of haters for awhile. Step into a store, play with it and you'll realize why it's such a good product. It might be more evolutionary than revolutionary but it's definitely going to change the game a bit.

I'm sitting here outside on my deck on this crisp fall night and I can't think of anything I'd like more than to be enjoying a nice perfectly poured Guinness with the one person in my life who means the most to me. Two problems arise though. 1. She's in NYC at the moment and 2. I'm fresh out of my fav drink.

There's absolutely nothing better than good company, Guinness and company that enjoys it as much as you (thankfully she does). On a fall night? Even better if you ask me! If you're able to eat or drink something you love with someone you love it elevates the entire experience.

So here's to my Guinness wish. Someday it'll come true.

Great post Kevin. I don't see enough of this kind of training being done throughout a variety of sports as well as dancing. It's nice to see someone shedding some light on this topic that others might have questions about.
